Foster and Kinship Care

The Targeted Care Packages program supports children and young people to sustain their current placements, as well as with the establishment of new placements.

Lead Tenant provides semi-independent out-of-home care accommodation for young people and promotes independent living skills in a safe and supported environment.

This program provides a holistic view of the current and ongoing needs of children in kinship care, as well as that of the kinship carers themselves.

This program takes a therapeutic approach to foster care, providing trauma-informed foster care through training and various parenting strategies.
