National Volunteer Week 2023

‘The Change Makers’

This week we celebrate National Volunteer Week, which is held from 15 – 21 May.

National Volunteer Week is a time to celebrate and appreciate the hard work volunteers do to make the world a better place.

It is a time to publicly thank all the volunteers who are a vital part of society that brings people together, builds communities and creates a better society for everyone. Their work ensures that together we can make a difference in our communities.

This year let’s recognise and celebrate the valuable contribution of Australia’s Change Makers!

At OzChild we are extremely grateful to all our volunteers. OzChild carers who generously offer their time and love to give care to children and young people and our Op Shop team who volunteer to run the Op Shop. We thank you all for your hard work to make a difference in the lives of children and young people.
